We take ‘Corrective and Preventive Actions’. Whenever an issue is logged, the team not only identifies the problem and resolves it but also takes preventive action against the issue. This ensures that such issues never arise in the development cycle or post-development.

Our Implementation phase

• Beta Launch

• Beta Testing is the test of a product by actual users in real life situations. The testing can last for an extended period and participating users may include customers, partners or other stakeholders who will have feedback but no direct link with the company or product. At this point, the product will have all the specifications of the actual launch model, and will closely resemble it in all other aspect

• GoLive

• We launch application on production server and also do production testing. On successful results we launch the application
• Our Onsite Deployment team will deploy and implement the solution. They can visit the site as per the requirement of the project. Our Offsite team is available for support at any time.
• Once the system is implemented, we monitor it for any issues faced post-deployment. Once the team ensures the system to be bug-free, only then it marks it for successful deployment.
