A client contacted Technigent with the desire to create a humorous app called ‘Funny Beard’. The app would allow the user to apply and modify different beards from a wide variety available in the app, place them on people and animals in pictures, tweak them and share them via social media. The app was developed for the iOS platform and is able to automatically detect the face of the person or animal to determine where to realistically draw the beard. As a result of working with Technigent, the client was able to see their idea made into a reality and achieve a higher profit through in-app purchases.
