A wireless telecommunications company was in search of a technology partner who would enhance their existing SharePoint-based project management system. The company had many on-field technicians carrying out various development projects. The project management system being inbound, the technicians could not collaborate to report back on their work status or stay updated with latest information. This resulted into communication problems and increased duration of work. The experienced team at TECHNIGENT designed a solution that brought the required fluidity in the flow of information. The team worked on customization of existing SharePoint system.

TECHNIGENT also developed a mobile application that enables on-field technicians to take pictures of the problem site and upload them directly to the project management system. They can also update their work status conveniently from their mobile phone.

The client now has a simplified project management system with efficient task management and a mobile application that has improved overall collaboration and communication. The new enhancements to the information flow offer the right information at the right time in clear and concise format.
