The client is a medical practitioner providing his services to one of the reputed hospitals in the state.
The client came up with an idea of creating an application to help patients or their loved ones gain advantage of consulting specialists remotely but he lacked a technologically sound team who can execute development and convert his idea into a working application.
TECHNIGENT assisted the client in building a product right from scratch. The team leveraged technology into the solution in the best way to build a solution to help patients get second opinion and consultation from one of the finest doctors in the country.
TECHNIGENT built the product using cutting-edge technologies like .NET MVC, Objective C, Eclipse and JAVA to build a web and mobile application. Through this portal patients can get advice from specialists irrespective of their location.
The unique feature of this application is video conferencing. Patients can have one-to-one consultation with the doctor. If they are unsure about which doctor to approach, then they can use the ‘Suggest me’ functionality wherein they upload reports and the existing panel of doctors would give them to get the right consultation. There is a group discussion functionality that enables the patient to discuss the ailment with a group of doctors. Patient can make payments online through the payment gateway integrated on the website.
